Keefektifan Pembelajaran Sosial Kearifan Lokal Budidaya Ubi Jalar di Kalangan Suku Arfak Kabupaten Manokwari

Abstract:

The aimed of this research are to find a man/woman, who made a figure by sweet potato Arfak farmers in social learning about indigenous knowledge on sweet potato cultivation, understand the process of social learning about indigenous knowledge on sweet potato cultivation, analyzed the effectiveness of social learning about indigenous knowledge on sweet potato cultivation and analyzed factors that affect to effectiveness of social learning about indigenous knowledge on sweet potato cultivation. Method of this research is descriptive analyze with 120 sweet potato farmers samples were randomly obtained from 2 district and 4 villages at Manokwari regency. This study resulted that parent is the only one figure in social learning process about indigenous knowledge on sweet potato cultivation. The effectiveness rate on Arfak tribe farmer is high and it’s affected by age and self efficacy. The effect of self efficacy on social learning effectiveness is reinforced by social support provided by parents.
